Whether you are seeking flexible supply work that fits around your schedule or a steady 1:1 long-term role, we have positions tailored to your preferences. Key Responsibilities 1:1 and Targeted Small Group Support: Deliver tailored learning interventions to help pupils master core subjects and build academic confidence. SEND and Inclusion: Support children with additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements, and speech/language challenges. Classroom Engagement: Assist class teachers with managing behavior, keeping pupils focused, and setting up learning activities. Pastoral and Wellbeing Support: Act as a calm, positive mentor, encouraging resilience and self-belief in young learners. What We Are Looking For Previous experience supporting children or young adults in education, youth work, nursery, care, or SEND settings. A patient, encouraging, and adaptable approach to different learning needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
