Prospero Teaching is recruiting a graduate Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in Newham, East London. This full-time role is ideal for graduates seeking experience in education, psychology, counselling, or youth work.

• Location: Newham, East London
• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Start: September 2026
• Contract: Ongoing until the end of the academic year
• Hours: Full-time, 8:00am - 4:00pm

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN and behavioural needs
• Support students with ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia
• Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to improve engagement and progress
• Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing

• Bachelor''s degree essential
• Experience supporting children or young people (preferred)
• Passion for education and helping students succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and committed approach

• Valuable experience within a successful secondary school
• Potential for long-term progression

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
