As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to students with a range of learning needs, including SEND.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
• Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Help promote positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
