      <description>Location: Winchester | Salary: &amp;pound;93.60 - &amp;pound;98.80/day | Type: Temporary | Learning Support Assistant   Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to work within a fantastic specialist school supporting children aged 4-11 years with a range of learning, communication and physical needs.  The role involves supporting children throughout the school day, either within a classroom setting or on a 1:1 basis, depending on their individual needs. This includes helping pupils access learning, develop their communication, confidence and independence, and engage positively in both learning and school life.  The school provides a caring and nurturing environment, with a strong focus on enabling every child, irrespective of their individual needs, to develop to their full potential.  Experienced Teaching Assistants, as well as candidates looking to develop their career within SEND education, are always welcome to apply.
