Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking for a rewarding role in a supportive secondary school?

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students.
• Supporting pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Helping to manage behaviour and promote positive engagement in learning.
• Supporting students both academically and socially throughout the school day.
• Building positive relationships with students, staff and parents.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.
• Experience supporting students with additional needs.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• A patient, caring and proactive approach.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
