Learning Support Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive school in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and wants to make a genuine difference to their education and development.The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils to access learning, build confidence and develop their independence.The role may involve supporting pupils with SEN and additional learning needs, so previous experience within a school, SEN, care or youth setting would be highly beneficial.
