Learning Support Assistant - Primary School No TA Qualification Required Full-Time and Part-Time Aspire People Do you have experience working with children but don''t hold a formal Teaching Assistant qualification ?Aspire People are recruiting Learning Support Assistants for primary schools and are interested in candidates with transferable experience from a range of child-focused backgrounds.You could be a youth worker, tutor, sports coach, childcare professional, mentor, nursery practitioner, children''s activity leader , or someone who has previously worked within a school without holding a TA qualification.What matters is your experience working with children and your ability to build positive relationships and support their development. The Role: Supporting pupils within the classroom Providing 1:1 and small-group support Assisting with reading, writing, Maths, and classroom activities Supporting pupils with SEND where required Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Helping pupils develop confidence and independence Working closely with teachers and support staff Transferable Backgrounds Could Include: Youth work Tutoring Sports coaching Professional childcare Nursery work Mentoring Children''s activity programmes School volunteering We''re Looking For: Recent experience working with children or young people Strong communication skills Patient and supportive approach Reliable and adaptable attitude Ability to build positive relationships Genuine interest in ..... full job details .....
