Learning Support Assistant - Primary SchoolUK School Experience Required Full-Time and Part-Time OpportunitiesAspire People are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across primary schools.This role is ideal for candidates who have previous experience working within a UK school but do not hold a formal Teaching Assistant qualification.You do not need to be Level 2 or Level 3 qualified for this position, but previous UK school experience is essential.The Role: Supporting pupils within the classroom Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support Assisting teachers with classroom activities Supporting pupils with additional learning needs Helping children stay engaged and focused Supporting behaviour and positive classroom routines Assisting with interventions and differentiated activities Supporting pupils during transitions and less structured times Working alongside teachers and other support staff Feeding back on pupil progress and any concernsThe Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working within a UK school is essential Teaching Assistant qualification is not required Experience supporting children in a classroom environment Confident working with primary-aged pupils Patient, reliable and approachable Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to follow teacher direction while using initiative Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundariesThis role could suit: Experienced LSAs Unqualified Teaching Assistants School Support Workers Cover ..... full job details .....
