About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and experienced- Learning Support Assistants -(LSA) to work closely with our students on a 2:1 basis in- Epsom, Esher and Woking Key Responsibilities: Play based learning Provide 2:1 support to our students alongside a Lead Tutor. Focus will be on communication, engagement, independence, social interaction and emotional regulation through motivating play-based activities. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people with SEND, particularly in a school or SEND setting. Friendly, patient and calm demeanor, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
