About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You''ll work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
• Assist with classroom activities and learning plans
• Support pupils'' emotional and social development
• Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn and adapt
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
