      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;14.61 - &amp;pound;22.32/hour Temp to perm contract | Type: Contract | Learning Support Assistant – Post-16    Location:  Enfield   Age Group:  16–24   Setting:  Further Education College   Hours:  Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm   Pay:  £14.61–£22.32 per hour   Contract:  Long-term  A well-established further education college in  Enfield  is looking for a dedicated  Learning Support Assistant (LSA)  to join their team and support post-16 students across a range of foundation, vocational and academic courses.  You will be supporting students aged  16–24  with  moderate SEND needs , including  Autism (ASD) and ADHD , with some students displaying behaviours that can be challenging. The role involves providing in-class and, where required, 1:1 support to help students engage with their learning, develop independence and achieve their educational goals.
