      <description>Location: Kensington | Salary: &amp;pound;93 - &amp;pound;110/day | Type: Temporary | Graduate Learning Support Assistant  • Sixth Form College  • Vocational Degrees  • Start: Sept 2026 Part-time  • Kensington &amp; Chelsea   A large, welcoming Sixth Form College in Kensington &amp; Chelsea are looking for a Learning Support Assistant with a literacy background to join their school from September 26 to work with pupils across their secondary school.   The Role   In this role you will play a key role in supporting students with literacy-related barriers to learning, helping them to develop the skills, confidence and independence needed to achieve success across the curriculum. You will work closely with the SENDCo, teaching staff, families and external professional. The chosen candidate will deliver targeted literacy interventions, monitor students’ progress and provide tailored support to ensure students can fully engage in academy life.
