Learning Support AssistantLocation: Wembley Hours: 8:30am 3:45pm Pay: £90 £110 per dayWe are working in partnership with a secondary school in Wembley to recruit a dedicated and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to support students with a range of learning needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).This role involves working across both the school s SEN provision and mainstream classrooms, supporting pupils as they transition between settings based on their individual progress and needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide tailored academic, social, and emotional support to students with SEN and EHCPsSupport the delivery of personalised learning interventionsEncourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement in learningAssist in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environmentWork closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionalsSupport pupils as they move between SEN provision and mainstream lessonsThe Ideal Candidate:Patient, proactive, and flexible in approachPassionate about supporting young people to achieve their potentialConfident supporting a range of learning needsA strong team player with good communication skillsPrevious experience in a school or SEN setting is desirableThis is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming school through a supportive agency that values quality placements and long-term relationships.We have a policy to respond to all applications within three ..... full job details .....
