About the Role You will work closely with students who require personal care support, helping them to access their learning and participate fully in college life. This is a hands-on role that combines practical care with genuine encouragement, working alongside teaching staff to ensure every learner is treated with dignity and respect. Your responsibilities will include: Providing personal care support to students in line with their individual care plans. Assisting learners with mobility, hygiene and other daily living needs as required. Supporting students to access lessons and activities alongside their peers. Working closely with teaching staff, therapists and families to ensure consistent, joined-up support. Encouraging independence and building learners'' confidence in their own abilities.
