Requirements Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable) A patient, caring and proactive approach Good understanding of the primary curriculum (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils Assist pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND Help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment Promote positive behaviour and support classroom management ..... full job details .....
