We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (Personal Care) to support students with additional learning needs, disabilities, and complex care requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about promoting independence, inclusion, and positive educational outcomes for young people within a further education setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality academic, physical, and communication support to students with a range of additional learning needs.Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating fully in lessons, enrichment activities, educational visits, reviews, and other college events.Work closely with teaching staff and SEND professionals to deliver tailored support plans and learning interventions.Assist students with personal care requirements, including toileting, changing, feeding, PEG feeding, mobility support, moving and handling, and other intimate care needs while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.Support students on a one-to-one basis and within small groups to promote engagement, independence, and ..... full job details .....
