These students have experienced various forms of disruption in their early lives, which often present as strong emotional, behavioural and attachment needs, as well as a mistrust of authority figures.Class sizes are small (maximum of 10 students) and individual ability levels vary depending on personal circumstances. As an LSA, you will play a vital role in helping students regulate their emotions, engage with learning and build positive relationships. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide consistent, calm and nurturing support throughout the school day.
