      <description>Location: Wickersley | Salary: &amp;pound;125 - &amp;pound;135/day | Type: Temporary | Learning Support Assistant     About the Role   Tradewind Education are currently recruiting for a  dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant  to join a welcoming secondary school in  Rotherham  on a  full-time, long-term supply basis , starting after the October half term.  The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to students across the school, helping them to access learning, develop their confidence and make positive progress. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or someone with relevant experience working with young people who is looking to develop their career within education.   Key Responsibilities   Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students, both in and outside of the classroom. Support students with their learning, helping them to understand and complete tasks. Work closely with teaching staff to ensure students receive appropriate support and encouragement.
