      <description>Location: Worksop | Salary: &amp;pound;120 - &amp;pound;130/day | Type: Temporary | Learning Support Assistant - Secondary School   Tradewind Education are currently recruiting for a  Learning Support Assistant  to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in  Worksop .  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning. You will work closely with teaching staff and pupils to help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.  Key Responsibilities    Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students who require additional assistance.    Support pupils with their learning and help them to access the curriculum.    Encourage students to develop confidence, independence and positive attitudes towards learning.    Provide additional support to pupils who may have SEND or other barriers to learning.
