About Us: Remedy is seeking a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a secondary school in South East London. This full-time role is ideal for an LSA who wants to provide academic and emotional support to students with additional needs.

Job Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will assist teachers in supporting students with learning difficulties or disabilities. The successful LSA will help create an inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all students have equal access to education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored support to students as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).

- Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities.

- Help students develop learning and social skills.

- Monitor and report on student progress to teachers.

- Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to support individual needs.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or similar role is desirable.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Patience and empathy for working with students with additional needs.

- Willingness to learn and participate in training.
