Location: WinsfordSalary: £25,877 per annumWorking Pattern: 4 Days per WeekAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team in Winsford, supporting young people aged 16-19 years who are currently NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people who may face barriers to learning, employment, or further education. You will play a key role in helping learners build confidence, develop essential life and employability skills, and successfully engage in education and training programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and group learning support to learners aged 16-19.Support learners who may have experienced disengagement from education and help them re-engage positively.Assist tutors in the delivery of classroom activities and learning programmes.Encourage participation, attendance, and positive behaviour within the learning environment.Build positive and professional relationships with learners, acting as a mentor and role model.Support learners to develop confidence, resilience, communication, and employability skills.Assist with the implementation of individual learning and support plans.Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to tutors and management teams.Support learners with social, emotional, and wellbeing needs where appropriate.Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding and learner welfare ..... full job details .....
