Learning Support Assistants Needed - North London

We are currently looking for three dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants (LSA) to join a fantastic College in North London.

This is a genuinely lovely school with an extremely supportive and caring staff team. The school places a strong emphasis on looking after both its students and its staff, creating a welcoming environment where people feel valued and supported.

We are looking for:

1 Female Complex Needs LSA
1 Male Complex Needs LSA

The ideal candidates will have:

• Experience working with complex SEN needs
• Have experience in another SEN school
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant or similar
• A patient, caring and nurturing approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with young people
• Confidence supporting students with a range of additional needs
• A genuine passion for helping students develop their independence and reach their potential

Essential requirement:
As this is a Sixth Form College, candidates must hold a Child & Adult DBS (or be eligible to obtain the appropriate DBS).
