Learning Support Assistants Needed - North London We are currently looking for three dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants (LSA) to join a fantastic College in North London. We are looking for: 1 Female Complex Needs LSA1 Male Complex Needs LSAThe ideal candidates will have: Experience working with complex SEN needsHave experience in another SEN schoolPrevious experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant or similarA patient, caring and nurturing approachThe ability to build positive relationships with young peopleConfidence supporting students with a range of additional needsA genuine passion for helping students develop their independence and reach their potentialEssential requirement: As this is a Sixth Form College, candidates must hold a Child and Adult DBS (or be eligible to obtain the appropriate DBS).
