The college regularly requires additional support staff throughout the academic year, making this an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and build a relationship with a college that frequently has future opportunities available. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and classroom-based support to learners with physical disabilities.Assist students with mobility and personal care requirements where required.Use safe manual handling techniques when supporting learners.Encourage independence and promote student engagement in learning.Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure learners receive the support they need.Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Essential RequirementsPlease note: Manual Handling training is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
