Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Mainstream

Contract Type: Part-Time (4 Days per Week)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream school setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students and making a positive impact on their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to students across a range of subjects

• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

• Support students with additional learning needs, both one-to-one and in small groups

• Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment

• Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
