      <description>Location: Redbourn | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic  Learning Support Assistant (LSA)  to join a welcoming and supportive school in Hertfordshire.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with their learning and development and making a positive difference in the classroom.    Key Responsibilities:      Support pupils with their learning, both individually and in small groups.   Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging classroom activities.   Provide additional support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).   Help promote positive behaviour and create an inclusive learning environment.   Encourage pupils to build confidence, independence and social skills.     Requirements:      Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.   Experience supporting children with SEND is an advantage.   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.   A patient, caring and proactive approach.   A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners.   Willingness to complete relevant safeguarding and background checks.     What''s on Offer?
