This is a permanent role suited to someone who can build trust, set clear boundaries, and support pupils to succeed both academically and emotionally.The RoleYou will support students who may present with challenging behaviour, working closely with teaching staff to create a structured and positive learning environment. Your role will be key in helping pupils stay engaged, regulate their emotions, and develop confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needsApply consistent and effective behaviour management strategiesSupport pupils in managing emotions and maintaining focusBuild strong, professional relationships with studentsAssist in delivering lessons and adapting resources where requiredHelp maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environmentThe Ideal CandidateExperience supporting children or young people with behavioural needsStrong behaviour management skills and a calm, resilient approachAbility to remain consistent and patient in challenging situationsGood communication and teamwork skillsA genuine interest in supporting vulnerable ..... full job details .....
