The school provides tailored support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, Speech and Language needs, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference to pupils'' learning and wellbeing in a supportive and nurturing school environment. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with varying SEN needs Assist in implementing behaviour, sensory, and communication strategies Support the class teacher in adapting lessons and resources to meet individual needs Help create an inclusive, structured, and supportive learning environment Deliver targeted interventions to promote academic, social, and emotional progress Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers Requirements: Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school setting Strong communication and behaviour-management skills A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Ability to work collaboratively within a team Understanding of safeguarding, wellbeing, and SEN best ..... full job details .....
