The school is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work across KS3 and KS4, supporting students who require additional help to access the curriculum and make progress. This is a long-term position, ideal for an experienced LSA, Teaching Assistant or graduate looking to develop their career within secondary education. Key Responsibilities: Support students across KS3 and KS4 Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support Work alongside classroom teachers to help students access lessons Support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs Deliver targeted literacy, numeracy and academic interventions Encourage positive behaviour, engagement and independence Adapt learning materials where required Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching and SEN staff Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or SEN TA is desirable Experience working with secondary-aged students Understanding of SEN and additional learning needs Strong literacy and numeracy skills Confidence ..... full job details .....
