Learning Support Assistant £23,071 per annum (Scale 1D - point 3) 31 Hours per week - 8.15am to 3.30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break) 4pm-5pm staff meeting once a week Term Time Only - (39 Weeks) event linked contract Start Date: 1st September 2026 A great opportunity to join the staff of our successful outstanding school! We require an enthusiastic, committed and creative LSA to join our team at Gatton VA Primary School. The successful candidate will be someone who is a great team player and can work successfully in collaboration with others and contribute towards the school ethos. They will be committed, creative and have the patience and dedication to work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who have SEND. The post is full time (term time only) supporting a pupil or pupils with additional needs Working with teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff.
