      <description>Location: Coventry | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Coventry  Start Date: September 2026  Recruitment Day: Early July 2026  Contract: Temp to Perm (Full-Time)    About The Role   We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist setting supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).   This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position, starting in September 2026, with the chance to become a permanent member of a supportive and rewarding educational environment.  As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a recruitment day at the start of July 2026, which will include an interview and classroom-based activities to give you a feel for the role and environment.
