      <description>Location: Witham | Salary: &amp;pound;92.59 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Permanent | Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)  Location: Witham  Salary Scale: £92.59–£120 per day (depending on experience)  Contract Type: Full-time  GSL are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support students within a secondary school setting across Key Stages 3 and 4. This role involves working closely with teachers and support staff to help students access the curriculum, build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their full academic and personal potential.
