Learner Support Assistant - Birmingham City Centre 4 days 1 day Hybrid ( Friday) working from home My client is a leading training provider, providing and delivering exceptional apprenticeships for the child care profession, you would be working within the safeguarding department, working every day with learners both on line, and also within the academy. No two days are the same, you need to have empathy, and patience, but the role is very rewarding and you will see the learners, grow and succeed within their work placements across the UK. Main Purpose of Role: A key role in helping create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning experience, supporting learners both academically and personally to help them reach their full potential over our virtual learning environment, to become the next generation of practitioners Key Duties and Responsibilities: Support tutors and training staff in delivering engaging learning sessions tailored to individual learner needs. Work with learners on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to support literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum activities, via the virtual learning environment. Provide targeted support for learners with additional needs, including SEND helping them access learning effectively. Assist support coaches in promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and participation in sessions. Help maintain our safe and inclusive learning environment.
