This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to make a positive impact on children''s educational journey.The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils across the primary age range. You may be supporting children on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within the classroom setting to help them access learning and reach their individual goals. This is a full time, long term position to start in September.ResponsibilitiesSupporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging learning activities.Providing targeted support for children with additional learning needs and SEND.Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a nurturing learning environment.Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.Supporting children during lessons, break times and school activities where required.The Ideal ..... full job details .....
