      <description>Location: City of Westminster | Salary: &amp;pound;92.90 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Contract | Learning Support Assistant   Westminster, Central London  SEND experience essential  Long-term contract  Free CPD and constant support with interviewing   Empowering Learning are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Westminster who are looking for a learning support assistant to work across their two Additional Resource Provision (ARP) classrooms, which support pupils with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD and SLCN. You will work flexibly across both classes, supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, and at whole-class level depending on need and the timetable. This role will be an ASAP start on a full-time basis until July 2026, with the view of continuing into the next academic year.  The school are looking for someone with strong, direct SEMH experience in specialist settings (e.g., PRUs/alternative provision/specialist SEMH settings), who is confident with regulation support, de-escalation, and proactive SEMH strategies, and who is looking for long-term work.
