You will work flexibly across both classes, supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, and at whole-class level depending on need and the timetable. This role will be an ASAP start on a full-time basis until July 2026, with the view of continuing into the next academic year. The school are looking for someone with strong, direct SEMH experience in specialist settings (e.g., PRUs/alternative provision/specialist SEMH settings), who is confident with regulation support, de-escalation, and proactive SEMH strategies, and who is looking for long-term work.
