About the Role We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils in achieving their full potential, both academically and socially. You will provide individual and small-group support, helping students overcome barriers to learning and promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Assist teachers in planning and delivering learning activities.
