      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: &amp;pound;90 - &amp;pound;100/day | Type: Permanent | Empowering Learning are supporting a primary school in Boston Spa in Leeds on a temp to perm basis from Septmeber.     About the Role   We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils in achieving their full potential, both academically and socially.  You will provide individual and small-group support, helping students overcome barriers to learning and promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.   Key Responsibilities    Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.  Assist teachers in planning and delivering learning activities.  Help pupils with special educational needs (SEND) access the curriculum.  Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence.  Monitor and record pupil progress.  Support positive behaviour and wellbeing.  Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation.  Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals.
