Learning Support Assistant

At Edvance Recruitment we are currently seeking a dedicated learning support assistant to join a welcoming and oversubscribed primary school in the area of Bourne End from Sept 2026.-

The school is looking for an enthusiastic-learning support assistant who is passionate about supporting children with Autism and other special educational needs and disabilities. (SEND). The school has a specialist team of SEND learning support assistants who you will work closely with.-

The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, and proactive, with a genuine passion for working with children. This learning support assistant role is an excellent opportunity for graduates or learning support assistants who aspire to be teachers in the future.-

Requirements:-

• 5 days a week, Mon - Fri 8.30 - 3.30pm
• DBS checked or willing to apply for one
• Experience working with children in the UK is essential
