Learning Support Assistant – Epping Forest

Location: Epping Forest
Contract: Full-time
Start: September 2026

Education Matters Group is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to support learners with SEND, learning difficulties, disabilities and EHCPs within a Further Education setting.
The Role

Provide 1:1 and small-group support in classrooms and practical settings.
Help learners access their studies and develop independence.
Support with reading, scribing, IT and exam access arrangements.
Promote positive behaviour, confidence and engagement.
Provide personal care and mobility support where required.
Work closely with teachers and the wider SEND team.

About You We are looking for an experienced LSA, SEN TA, Teaching Assistant or SEND Support Worker with a genuine passion for supporting learners with additional needs.
Personal care and moving & handling experience is desirable.
