The school is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable LSA to provide support to pupils across the primary age range, helping them to engage positively with their learning and develop their confidence.  The Role:    Supporting pupils with their learning and development   Providing individual and small-group support where required   Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities   Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEND   Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement   Helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment    The Ideal Candidate:    Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting   Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable   A patient, caring and positive approach   Strong communication and teamwork skills   Reliable, adapta...</description>
