In this role, you will be a vital anchor for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), empowering them to overcome barriers, access the vocational curriculum, and build essential life skills.Your time will be spent providing direct classroom and workshop support for Level 1 learners, alongside delivering targeted mentoring for students on higher-level courses who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
