With a strong reputation for learner-focused support and an Ofsted-rated Good status, the college is dedicated to removing barriers to education and helping students achieve their academic, personal, and career goals.Role Responsibilities Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to learners with a range of additional learning needs, including SEN, SEMH, and learning difficulties Assist learners in accessing the curriculum, building confidence, and developing independent learning skills Work closely with teaching staff to implement support strategies and adapt learning materials to meet individual learner needs Promote engagement, inclusion, and positive behaviour in the classroom and college environment Support learners both in lessons and around the campus, helping them manage routines and navigate college life Maintain accurate records and contribute to learner support plans and reviews Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing are prioritised at all times, acting in line with college policies and proceduresEssential Requirements Experience supporting young people or adults in an educational, care, or community setting Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills Ability to build positive, professional relationships with learners and staff A genuine commitment to inclusive learning and ..... full job details .....
