What You''ll Be Doing:

• Offering 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional learning needs

• Tailoring learning activities and resources to suit different learning styles

• Working alongside class teachers to deliver targeted support plans

• Encouraging children to develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing

• Helping to create a safe, welcoming environment where every child can flourish

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND, ideally within a school setting

• Confident in using creative, adaptable methods to support learning

• Calm, compassionate, and genuinely motivated to make a positive impact

• Happy to work independently as well as part of a team
