Learning Support Assistant - Secondary School - Bromley
Full-Time | Immediate Start | Long-Term (Until July 2025)
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience (paid via PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a reliable and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school in Bromley. This is a full-time role starting immediately and continuing until the end of the academic year.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you''ll support students with a range of needs-particularly those with SEND-both in the classroom and in small-group or one-to-one settings. Your role will be key in helping students remain engaged, confident, and progressing well throughout the school day.

We''re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people

• Holds a DBS on the Update Service

• Has experience or a strong interest in working with SEND

• Is patient, adaptable, and confident in a classroom environment
