We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in our partnered school, supporting children with severe and profound disabilities in the Fishponds area. You''ll play a vital role in helping students thrive during their foundation years and beyond.

We''re looking for individuals who are resilient, compassionate, and eager to make a difference. Whether you''re experienced or new to the field, we offer a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to help you succeed.

About the Students

Our pupils have a range of needs, including:

• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Complex Needs

The school operates across five specialist sites: Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form, and a Behavioural setting.

We''re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience in a similar role or with individuals with disabilities (desirable)
• Is confident working with challenging behaviour
• Can provide 1:1 or 2:1 support tailored to individual needs
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
• Is committed to inclusion and continuous learning
