Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN). Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans.
• Assist with classroom management and promote a positive, inclusive environment.
• Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural needs to help them thrive.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an LSA or in a UK school setting.
• A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
