Affinity Workforce Solutions are partnered with multiple multi-academy trusts, looking for Learning Support Assistants to join passionate and inspiring teams who are supporting pupils with a variety of educational abilities.
This role includes working with students of a variety of ages and providing the whole curriculum to the young people in the classroom.
The successful applicant:
- Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education
- Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills.
- Confident supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
- Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
- Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
- Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
- Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
