The Role

• Assist with personal care where required, always maintaining dignity and following safeguarding procedures.

What We''re Looking For

• Experience working with SEN or supporting young people with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils.
• Positive behaviour management skills with a calm and supportive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
