We are a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Barking & Dagenham seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across a range of subjects.

• Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and resources to meet individual learning needs.

• Support students with additional needs (academic, social, or emotional) to access the curriculum.

• Encourage positive learning behaviours and promote independence.

• Contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive school environment.
