What you''ll be doing:

• Working 1:1 and in small groups with Year 3 pupils to bring learning to life.

• Supporting children with challenging behaviour using positivity, patience, and creativity.

• Building strong, trusting relationships that make every pupil feel seen and valued.

• Collaborating with a passionate teaching team that celebrates every breakthrough.

• Someone with energy, resilience, and a big heart.

• Experience supporting children (especially those with behavioural needs) - school or youth work background a bonus!
