Tradewind are recruiting Learning Support Assistant''s (LSAs) for immediate starts in schools across Wisbech. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in supportive educational environments, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

The role:

• Working closely with class teachers to support students with a range of needs (SEND, SEMH, academic support)
• One-to-one and small group interventions
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting behaviour management and engagement in lessons

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, care, etc.)
• A calm, patient and empathetic approach
• Willingness to commit to a full-time role
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
